Still Here: Voices from the Second 50 Years
In 2004 MTSFS released our first literary journal called Still Here: Voices from the Second 50 Years,
featuring stories, poetry, memoirs, excerpts from books, artwork and photography from California elders
ranging from very-low-income seniors living in affordable housing to older celebrities like Ed Asner
and Robert Guillaume.
The journal features work from many seniors that attend MTSFS creative writing classes and this work culminates their participation in this program - in this way, MTSFS programs offer motivation for seniors to enroll in and stay actively involved in our programs.
The We're Still Here Revue Event T-Shirt
